This house started as a classic bungalow, untouched from when it was first built and was transformed into a two storey beautiful modern home, with open concept living and high end finishes. We emphasized the beautiful garden view by relocating the kitchen to the back of the home which allowed for an oversized island with plenty of seating and work space. The dining room is the hub of the main floor with a beautiful seating area overlooking the backyard and attached to the formal living area. The beautiful staircase leads to four full bedrooms and baths upstairs where we created a calm, neutral aesthetic mixing glimmers of modern touches with traditional colour palettes and materials.
