This stunning home in Cambridge, Ontario had a lot of existing stunning architectural elements including very high ceilings and a light, inviting feel throughout. This project added two usable spaces for the family and kept all of the new spaces in line with their specific design aesthetic which pulled a lot of inspiration from mid-century modern architecture and design. We maximized the space in the mudroom/laundry room combination and brought in light, warm wood tones and a beautiful textured accent wall. In the main bathroom area we pulled in more masculine tones with the dark walnut vanity and the monochromatic colour scheme. The oversized tiled shower and freestanding tub maximized every inch of the space, giving the full functionality the clients desired with the modern design aesthetic they love.
