Project Second Chapter was a thoughtful renovation focused on making an existing home feel more functional, refreshed and suited to its next chapter. The second-storey footprint was reconfigured to create a spacious primary suite, complete with a new bedroom, walk-in closet and ensuite. Custom cabinetry and carefully planned storage helped maximize every inch of the available space.

On the main floor, targeted updates brought new life to the existing home without a complete renovation. New flooring, an updated staircase, a refreshed fireplace and mantel, new furnishings and improvements to the breakfast nook created a lighter, more cohesive feel throughout.
